Both clasps malfunction

As a long time consumer of Ralph Lauren designer clothing, my relationship to the brand has been defined by your approach to classic design, quality craftsmanship and, durability. Much to my dismay, a pair of Madelyn Dress Booties Cognac color boots, which I purchased from Macys on January 17, 2023. experienced clasp button failures, not on one, but both boots. By February 20, 2023, I was unable to wear bouts due to clasps malfunction. I have worn boots twice. Given the short time I have owned the boots, as well as their demonstrated minimal wear, I welcome your thoughts on how this craftsmanship issue can be resolved. Unable to upload picture. My go to boots!

Comfy fit, didn't need to break them in. They look very elegant with jeans or trousers. I couldn't be happier with them! I ordered them in a caramel brown shade and they look phenomenal.
