Really cute, but high rear-split!

As the other ladies said, I was looking for a modest skirt, but not a super long one like my others. This skirt is super cute online and price was decent for a denim skirt that doesn't have a cheap look. I imagined the skirt would have a normal split, but NO guys, this split started almost right under my buttocks. It literally made me so upset. Like who would even have a split that high in the back??! Fortunately one of my students' moms does skirt-work, and I paid her a small fee and she did a wonderful job of closing up the split along the seam--leaving a little split for movement. One other note is that the skirt is stout denim and has almost no stretch or give for those with extra curves. If it helps, I am 5'4 x 130-135lbs; size 6 is snug around the back-end, but a 4 or 8 would be too small or too big. Overall, I actually do recommend this skirt if you have someone who can sew the split, it is really cute and the pockets in the back are normal size and not cheap looking.

Disappointed

I am a modest skirt wearing girl and was excited to order this skirt. No where in the description did it state that there was a slit. And a pretty long one at that. The pictures portrayed by the model only shows the front of the skirt. So I had to return it. And that was the other disappointment. When I went to return it the sales associate informed me that it was a market place item and needed to be returned via mail but she offered to do it for me. I am so disappointed in the product details and the return misinformation. I am however thankful for Angie at the Green Acres store. She went above and beyond to assist me with the return process.
