Beautiful trench coat!

This trench coat is exactly what my granddaughter asked for for Christmas. It's such a beautiful, good quality item, plus perfect color for her. I was so lucky to purchase during a great Macy's sale.

Very disappointing

Sizing - it is at least 2 sizes smaller than the size should be. Probably miss marked, but seriously out of whack on the size. the fabric is like heavy shower curtain fabrics from the 60's. Feels unpleasant to the touch. Finally, the smell...bad. I so wanted to like this, but have never been so dissapointed in a garment.

Worthy Womens Trench

This trench coat is well-made and nicely detailed. I love the weight of it, not too light, not too heavy. I'm not crazy about the hidden button placket down the front; I think it would be more stylish with the buttons showing, but that wasn't enough to deter me from keeping it. It was a bit tight in my chest area and did not allow enough room for me to wear a moderate-weight sweater underneath. I would have returned and ordered the next size, but in the interim, I found another coat that worked for me, so I returned the Bernardo Trench. I would; however, recommend it.

Great value but runs large

Great coat, had some weight to it, good fabric, well made. Unfortunately I had to return it because it was too large, probably my fault as I really needed a small in this coat. I sized up because wanted to wear a sweater underneath. Still, it seemed bigger than a Medium which I sometimes wear. The length was perfect by the way, I am 5’3” and it was long enough to be a real trench coat. Note that the color is not as pretty as pictured, it’s more like just plain medium brown. Regardless, I would have kept it had it fit, as it is a great value.

Love this coat! The color, the fabric the style are all perfect! Size is a little small, but gives me incentive!
