Cute but does have the itch factor

I REALLY want to like this because it's a cute fit. It's a bit boxy but works well with high waisted pants. The star off is because while it feels soft to the touch, once it's on it has a prickly thing happening. I'm hoping to make it work by layering a fitted tee underneath. haven't washed it yet so not sure how it holds up there...
