Drop-Ship Quality at Macy's Prices

Very cheaply and carelessly made given the price. Fabric is thin, scratchy and covered in loose threads from the unraveling embroidery. Straps stretched out and useless after wearing it once for less than an hour. Unfortunately, the only way to return it is to pay return shipping yourself to send it back to the manufacturer (it's mentioned in the fine print so didn't see that until I wanted to return it), so feeling really ripped off.
