Polo slippers Wrong size

I'm just very upset the wrong size was sent , being in the military I don't even ha e the time to I'm in Philadelphia and they came from California I really wish people wouldn't rush and READ!!

actual plush slippers not like a lot of others that say they are. only downside is I usually wear a 9.5 or 10 and the 10 was too big. I have pretty wide feet, so I’m surprised but I gave them to my sister who is a true size 10
