I am 5'4 and usually wear L in joggers or pull up stretch pants (size 14 jeans) Ordered a L which are the perfect length, no bunching in the crotch or around the knees The fabric is a little scratchy but I'm keeping them. They are a little big around the hips on meI plan to order a M to see if they fit better
