Gold sequin v-neck gown did not fit as I had hoped

I bought this dress to wear to my son’s upcoming wedding. The dress is well made but unfortunately did not fit the way I had expected. I’m average height (about 5’6”) and the sleeves and overall length of the dress were much too long. I won’t be able to wear this dress unless I spend additional money to have it altered first. Also, once I saw the dress in person I didn’t love the hanging tassels. Most likely will need to purchase a different dress for my son’s wedding.

I ordered this dress for my 60th birthday party. It is a gorgeous dress. I wish I had ordered a smaller size. I didn't know it wasn't returnable or exchangeable. Anyway, it is now with the tailor because I still want to wear for the big event.

Beautiful gown, the beaded fringe on the skirt adds pizzazz. I had to get it hemmed bc even with heels I was stepping on the hem. I’m 5’5 and got a size 6.
