Handles started to rip after one month

I do not use this everyday and after using it about one month, (maybe twice a week), the handles started to rip after one month. I was using it last week and the handle broke completly off. I was usuon the shoulder strap as the handle was already ripping. I would not recommmend this purse to my friends.

Super cute design. Like that it zips close for security. For me, it is a bit too small to hold everything I need to carry. Will give to a friend. Would have been 5 stars if it was larger.

BROKE

I just looked to return this and missed by 4 days. Nice bag, but 3 of the handles are ripping at the gold brackets. Don't know why as the only thing I keep in it is a wallet, keys and glasses. very disappointed will not buy Nine West again! I will stick to my Coach Bags
