Super cute, but too big.

Really had high hopes for the SUPER cute shoes. Unfortunately, they are too big and the top straps are too loose. They were on sale, had a coupon code, but returning it for the same in a smaller size appears to be impossible, as my codes have expired. The return process is confusing. One sections says, "Items purchased online can be exchanged at a store, or returned by mail and a new order for the item can be made online. Bring your original receipt." Another section says, "Only items purchased online can be returned by mail. Once you complete your return, place a new order for the item at the current selling price." Sadly, I guess I am stuck with them. They were SO comfortable, just a little too big and the straps too loose.
