Beautiful but delivered damaged!

My granddaughter loves the boots. I bought them for her birthday which was yesterday 10/23, but they have a slight rip on the instep in front. Cute, but runs small. I usually wear a 10 and it seems like a lot of brands are running small these days. Would need a 10.5 or 11 in these but they don't come in those sizes.

Broken zippers

Received my boots today and an unable to try them on because neither zipper will go down. I contacted Macys customer service to try and retune them for replacement. The representative said I would have to wait 5 days to see if the 3rd party wanted to allow me to return them. I am highly upset about this because I h never purchased anything from Macys and been told that that is the policy. I requested a supervisor and the representative said okay and disconnected the call. I need help!!!
