Bad customer service

I ordered this specific item NY & Co Vanna boot in a size 8 and received a size 7 knee length boot. How do you not only send the wrong boot but also the wrong size.

I’ve always been impressed with Macys quick delivery in the past. I just received a request to review this item but I’ve never received it? I ordered it two weeks ago and tracking says it’s in its way! Disappointed the delivery date keeps getting moved out!

Cheap

Cheaply made shoe only worth maybe $15. For what Macy's is pricing this shoe at almost $100 it's a crime! Plastic sole and heel shoe is as light as a feather no weigh at all.
