Idiots in charge of shipping.

I have ordered a Georgia Bulldog jacket twice, and twice they shipped a Michigan one. Appalling customer service.

Item Shipped Was Not The Item Ordered. Twice!

Ordered another college team version of this item. My confirmation email displayed a Michigan State jacket. I canceled the order easily. Thinking I made a mistake, I had my wife watch me order this a second time. After ordering the exact item I wanted, the Macy’s confirmation email again displayed that I ordered a Michigan state jacket. The item shipped before Macys could cancel my order, but I was able to refuse the shipment and get a refund. Just a hassle overall. I tried explaining the situation to the Macy’s customer service, but they said they were more concerned about resolving my call than diagnosing the error. Maybe try to buy this from another retailer.

Ordered Georgia and I received TN

I ordered Georgia and in my cart when I hit submit, it showed Georgia. However, in my confirmation email, it said TN. I tried reordering multiple times with Georgia again and I kept getting a different school. I’m tired of Macy’s always sending me the wrong items that I ordered.

Macy’s screwed up

I ordered the GEORGIA one and Macy’s sent me the ALABAMA one. I tried to reorder, but it kept processing the ALABAMA jacket so I gave up!
