not the item I ordered

No matter how many times you try to order the correct hockey team the system will default to this Chicago team and customer service wasn’t very helpful so now I have to try and return this by mail what a hassle and Macy’s didn’t comp me in any way for the inconvenience with the issue on their end of the glitch.
