Worst macys experience in 30 years

This is by far the worst macys experience I have ever had. I ordered the NY METS Erin Andrews Stripe Glove and Scarf Set for my sister in law but the confirmation read Washing Nationals. This was upsetting to see after I paid for it but nonetheless, I placed a second order thinking that I made a mistake the first time around. The same technical glitch happened. I ordered the NY METS but after I paid and checked out, the confirmation read Washington Nationals. This was a gift for Christmas and so I called in to speak to an agent live and has her, Anne, help me placed the order over the phone after I explained my dilemma. Anne took my credit card info over the phone and placed the order for the "NY METS glove and scarf set" on my behalf. Anne shared that she placed the order successfully but after I hung up the phone, I received an email confirmation that reflected the Washington nationals, the the THIRD TIME! I did also share my experience with a few agent via the chat feature, but a resolution was not achieved. A few days later, i received the washington nationals package in the mail. Now i need to return these. Please fix this macys.com glitch/ bug!! I am not sure that I can use macys.com again with confidence!
