Poor quality, stops working fast.
I purchased this heating blanket in October. It is no longer returnable after 30 days. The blanket stopped working in December. Spent over 100 dollars to receive a defective blanket. Definitely won’t buy a heating blank from Macy”s again . The other heating blanket I bought from Macy’s online only lasted a year.

3 months agoGreat blanket, confusing controllers
I like the look, feel and heating of the blanket. Bought it on a good sale so the price was right. However, I have no manual for the controllers and despite emails to the company, no help anywhere! I think I’d like it better if I had instructions on how to use it. Please help!!

Good investment: we keep the house cold to save $$
Blanket is lightweight yet substantial, a nice texture, does not slip off bed, heating element is not cumbersome. Color is nice. I am very happy with this choice, and have had several electric blankets that were not as comfortable. Always happy with Macy's delivery and packaging: came early, before our first frost!

Woodbridge Heated Blanket
Extremely soft and extremely warm, I am more than satisfied today , I'm interested in how it washes up and how long it last.

Wonderful Electric Blanket!
This blanket is so cozy!! It is thicker with the Berber side to it and the best part is that you don't feel the wires like you do in thinner blankets. I have noticed too that it does not slide down the bed like thinner blankets also. You have to set the time you want the blanket on before you use it also, so don't throw away the instructions! I have a old, cold house and this is a lifesaver!

Controls failed at less than one year old
Loved it when we received it less than a year ago. We used it minimally last year and only two months into using it this winter the controller has failed. Unfortunately, Macy's will not allow a return after 30 days, even though it says it has a 5-year warranty. We have contacted Woolrich, who refers us back to Macy's (the retailer) who then refers us to a number that gives automated instructions on how to troubleshoot problems which we already tried using a web search to no avail. It's basically garbage if we can't exchange or have repaired so just becomes an expensive dog blanket. I would not recommend purchasing any electronic item from Macy's that has built-in obsolescence after only relatively light use.
