Mixed feeling!

I love the blanket material . Has a great weight to it. The attachment that turns it off has a learning curve. It’s stays on two hours then turns off. To turn it back on you must wait maybe 5 min or it won’t work . I am getting used to it but I did think of returning it.

Disappointed

Just bought this heated throw at the end of summer. I haven’t used it very long at all. I have dogs that sit in the chair with me so I have to wash the throw occasionally. Washed it once on gentle. Let it air dry. Now it doesn’t work. Definitely do not recommend.

Faulty and good luck with warranty

I bought this in January and it is already broken. All the controller will do is blink. Macy's will only accept returns for 30 days. I searched for hours and finally found the number to the manufacturer and had to file a claim. Their response is that they are out of stock. I will keep trying to get some satisfaction. Very disappointing.

Defective

I love this blanket. I chose the red one. It is plush and soft and the perfect weight; however, only half of the blanket would get warm and even on high setting was not very warm. I am exchanging it to give it another chance. We will see.
