Wrong Item Sent

It’s clear from other reviews that the wrong World Tech items are being sent to customers. This is unacceptable customer service and Macy’s appears not to be doing anything about it. Not only was the delivery late… it was the wrong item. Unacceptable.

Ordered toy, no communication, my email blocked so couldn’t get info, why do not know. Bought elsewhere. Never again. Never used Macys, never again. Bought elsewhere as it was Xmas. Product was great.
