Better than expected.

I have purchased many throws. This is the softest, most fluffy I have ever had. It is a gift, so it won't be used by me, but I know the person getting it will love it. Great design and so soft.

This blanket is super soft and light, but it must not be available in the color they are advertising. I got the wrong color also.

Horrible Customer service for Wrangler blanket

I placed this order moments after we received our first order which we were happy, but we then decided we no longer needed another blanket. I called customer service and spoke to customer service agent Angelo, who was absolutely worthless in helping us to cancel the order. Angelo's advice was to wait to receive the orfer then return. The problem lies with his poor text book response, and not going above and beyond to satisfy my small request, canceling my order. The item is still in the processing stage, not even in the shipment preapration stage, but he failed to help cancel the order, now we must wait to receive then return, this is so foolish, and waste plenty of time. Macy's customer service use to be outstanding, now shipping taking extremlu long to receive, and customer service helping us customers is in the dumps. My experience was very bad, my resolution, start giving my hard earned money to another company, and not one that falls under the Macy's Inc umbrella.

I ordered the colorful Sherpa but received the one that was brown and navy only. I thought I might have ordered the wrong one but no. Please send me the one I ordered!!
