Presentation was underwhelming

I bought this as a gift for myself on bday my expectations were high. It arrived in the mail in a very small envelope with no box. When I opened it was in a very tiny see through plastic pouch, chain is very thin so it was so twisted that I was afraid I would tear it apart. I was soooo disappointed. I have seen cheap jewelry arrive in much better presentation. I looked at and I said to myself I deserve a better present than this. I was so happy I did not buy this for someone else. I can’t imagine giving this to someone how it was shipped.
