Disappointed

I purchased this item twice dating back from 12/14/25. Now it's January 10th 2026 still no necklace. I am very disappointed and somehow someone dropped the ball both times... Thanks.

No Box

Nice necklace, but for the price Macy’s could at least put it in some type of box instead of a small ziplock bag inside of another small drawstring bag, then in an envelope before shipping it! I wish I could leave a photo of how it was shipped! It could have been easily damaged!!
