Terrible mess

I never received it!!!! On March 8 I went to the store at Perimeter mall to pick it up and I was told that I did not pick it up on time so they sent it to the jewelry department and that the money was refunded. I twenty to jewelery department in the store and they indeed had it. I had to PAY AGAIN in order to get it. I wasn't refunded the money just yet. I called customer service, they said that it will take until May 20 to receive my money back. For now, I paid twice for the item...Meanwhile, I am waiting for a ring I purchased online on May 5th. I hope I will receive it soon. But I will never purchase online jewelry again from Macy's, that's for sure... By the way, the item purchased is really nice, but the experience totally ruined the mood.
