Terrible clasp that broke right after purchasing.

Beautiful necklace, but the clasp broke less than two months after buying it. The clasp on the necklace is also completely different than the one pictured. Macy’s did not replace the item as they should have, instead requiring the necklace to be shipped off to an outsourced jewelry repair, then MADE ME PAY TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. Still haven’t received the repaired necklace, it’s been well over a month. Absolutely outrageous. Don’t waste your money.

Gorgeous

Exactly as pictured and exactly what I was looking for - a small sunburst! Side note: the packaging could have been better. It came in a small bag instead of a box. The chain arrived all tangled and took me a while to untangle it without breaking the chain. I would expect better packaging for the cost.
