Terrible experience

You buy because you enjoy the experience and the thrill of shopping. However, when you encounter a negative experience, it drains the joy and excitement out of the process. Macys did that to me and I will never buy anything from them ever again.

Love the necklace. Great price and looks good. If I would change anything I would make diamonds larger with more silver between... but it is a very nice and well designed piece.

Clasp broken

One side of the clasp completely fell off. I can’t do much with it now. So many people have this issue but macys won’t do anything to fix it. I’m disappointed
