Happy with the purchase after 1 year use.

I have been using these knives for about a year and they are so great. They make my life easier in the kitchen. It is my first expensive knife set so I can not compare them to other brands however I cook everyday several meals and I often chop food and they have not failed me. I hand wash the set as per the instructions and the handles look brand new.

Improved my cooking!

After decades, I decided to replace one quality set of knives with these. They have been great! Nice handle weight and sharp. Good value for someone not expecting professional chef standards.

Wüsthof Grand Prix II 7-piece block set

I wanted the best steel with the simplest handle. These were perfect. Ridiculously sharp right out of the box! Very happy with this purchase! Only complaint is the edge of the bolster is a little too sharp. . . It would have been better if they'd rounded it off a bit more. I assume the Ikon set is finer in this regard. Great product though and I look forward to having these for years to come!

Great Kitchen Essential

We have used the cutlery set and love it. Each piece is sharp and easy to handle. Most importantly it cleans beautifully and sits nicely in its wooden counter display. Takes up very little counter space too. It may appear to be expensive but if you spend time in the kitchen these are well worth the investment.
