If you have never used one, you need to try this!

I had never seen or tried one of these before. I can not imagine being without one now! What a great way to chop, mince, dice, and not make a mess like I used to. . . Awesome!

Helpful tool

A pleasure to use. Helps keep chopped bits in place. One suggestion to Wusthof. Provide a permanent edge protector for those who can't hang the blade.

Great add to mym kitchen

I have only used it for chopping garlic and parsley so far but works great. With a curved chopping bowl to keep your items centered so you can chop quickly.

Love this tool

Love this. It cuts so good. I have been wanting a tool that would cut up cilantro. This does the trick.
