Lost in the mail

I would write a review on the physical sweater but I can’t because it was lost in the mail. I paid for the sweater but no one helps with the refund - just keep getting the run around.

I bought it as a gift. It’s a nice deep green color. The material is thinner than he wanted and the sleeves are very, very long. He must return it.
