order online; never arrived

On the 16 of dec I purchased it as s Xmas gift for my husband. “Gift” never arrived. I called macys and they offered to ship it until Jan 5… hahaha… a little tooooooooo late for a Xmas present. It’s not the first time their shipments get lost.

Loved the look of the sweater on the site, purchased as a Cmas gift for my son. He looked amazing in it. I didn’t care for the length. I felt it was too long.
