flawed?/ defective? / non-returnable regardless

love the boots, but the zipper does not go up past the ankle, Part of this could be a design problem as the zipper has a weird bend to give it a special look, I think with this it makes the zipper hard to pull over the ankle area CANNOT return because it's a LAST ACT item even when defective
