The watch is a little big for our child right now, but she is only 4 years old. So it will get better with time as she grows. The app is great, and gives us insight into what we need. Recommend this even though it is a little big for us now.

We had a little trouble activating it at first, but after we got the watch active it has been painless. We are so glad we bought this, as it helps us a lot. Our child is so happy, and feels a huge sense of pride when he calls grandma and grandpa alone with his watch.

Great watch with minor issues

Overall the x6 play does what I want it to do. When everything works it’s the perfect watch. Occasionally the watch gets stuck with the location update. Calling and texting works, but sometimes the location doesn’t update for hours, that could be improved! One lasting issue is the charger. It’s a hit and miss and the reason for the missing star, no matter how well the contacts are wiped. Occasionally it even empties the watch instead of charging it. Xplora’s service though is fantastic. Even if a bigger technical issue arises as in our case, we had a new replacement watch after about a week!

I was expecting some kind of toy watch since it's meant for kids, but this one? It has completely exceeded my expectations! It's a real smartwatch... the perfect first phone for a child! It can make calls, the GPS is very accurate and works really well! I can't recommend this enough... my son loves it 💙
