Upper separating from the sole after 10 wears.

After wearing the shoe about 10 times the upper later was peeling from the sole at the stitching. You can see the upper layer splitting at the display photo in this web page if you look carefully. I returned them.

Boots for Son

Shoes were direct shipped to my son in another state. He said they looked great and felt very comfortable. That is the biggest concern when you’re ordering for someone else. Very pleased with the outcome.

Look great but…..

Shoes look great but very uncomfortable and hard. Needed to buy a cushioned insole in order to wear otherwise your feet will be hurting. Once I bought the inserts they were great.

Ordering Online Was Supposed to be Convenient

Had black smudge on the back heel of one of the boots. Had to repackage them, drive to Macy's, and stand in the line to return them, and get a gift card with the return balance so that I can order them again online. The boots look great but unsure why there was a smudge on them. Did not come in a shoe box, came in a plain cardboard box. Looks like someone returned them and then they were resold to me. This was last week and still haven't thought of ordering them again to replace the first one's sent.
