Runs true to size, terrible shipping method.

The gown is beautiful. Runs true to size. The way Macy's sent it was terrible. It was rolled up and put in a small bag and delivered through US mail. Because it was a small bag, it was stuffed into my mailbox. Shame on you Macy's for not packaging and sending a gown correctly. It is so wrinkled that I will need to have it steamed before I can wear it for my son's wedding.
