Tight Arms

I am 5'3, 138lbs. I ordered a 4P and 6P. I tried on the 6P first and it felt like the best size, so I didn't even attempt the 4P. It's the perfect length with 3 inch heels!! Yay!!! However, the arms are so uncomfortable for me, definitely made for smaller arms. Also, being shorter and having curves I feel like all eyes go straight to my midsection. There is a lot of fabric between the top, the drape at the midsection, and the ruching. It was an instant no for me. I cannot add a picture to my review.
