Was sent a worn/damaged evening dress

I was sent an evening dress that obviously had been worn & was in terrible shape. The hem was ripped out, there were white stains on the black fabric, it reeked of perfume and deodorant, did not have the big dress return tag on it, and to top it off the security tag was still on it in the inside lining. I also paid the extra fee for 2-3 days shipping, I ordered the dress on Sunday but didn’t receive it until Friday. I returned the dress the next day and the salesperson couldn’t believe they sent a dress like this to a customer. He said he was going to damage the dress out. I will never order a dress again from Macy’s unless I pick it up at the store. I tried the dress on at the store but needed a different size so I ordered it online to ship to my house. I needed the dress for an upcoming wedding, now I’m scrambling to find another dress.

Black Tie Stunner

I wore this gown to my niece’s Black Tie wedding. It was perfect! Ordered 10 Petite (I’m 5’4”) & it fit like it was custom made for me. It was comfortable & flattering, and I got many compliments!

BEAUTIFUL

This dress is understated elegance. Just beautiful. It fits like a dream. I’m only 5 feet tall and I didn’t have to have it shortened. One of the most flattering dresses I have ever bought.

Flattering and elegant!

This dress fit like a glove and feels elegant! Love the way it hugs you thru the hips then slightly flows out. I was shocked that I’m 4’11” and I won’t have to hem with heels. The rouching on side and back is very flattering! Bought for my granddaughters wedding.

Classy formal gown

This formal dress is elegant but not over the top flashy. It has subtle gathers and curves that hide a not so perfect figure. It has a very classic, well designed look to it that makes me feel confidant and lovely! It is very comfortable!
