The Perfect Black Dress for a Formal Event

It's been so long since I've been to something super formal. I was also in a rush. I saw this in the store in the wrong size and quickly hopped online and saw the smallest it came in was 4 and it also came in petite. I wear a 2P but I took a chance with the 4P. Macy's got it to me within 3-4 days and I was able to have a tailor take in the waist and chest. We left the hips because they fit well enough and it was easily hidden with all the beautiful ruching. It turned out beautifully and I got so many compliments! The flowers up top are beautifully done and tasteful. They elevate the dress from just a regular black dress to something really nice. The slit adds a nice touch and isn't too high or too low. I'm pretty short (5'2") but with high heels, we didn't have to alter the length! It was just above the floor on me. Buy it!!

I would not order this product in a Hurry

Paid extra to get it in 2 days. They shipped it ground. It won't be here on time. Sorry, I did not order from somewhere else.

Gorgeous

I purchased this dress online and wasn’t sure I would love it but it’s beautiful on. Can’t wait to wear it for a formal NYE party. I’m 5’3” and the petite fit perfect, with heels I don’t have to get it hemmed at all so that is a win win for me.
