I ordered my usual size, but unfortunately received a size 4 instead. I went to Macy’s to exchange it for the correct size, but it was already sold out. The return process was also frustrating—customer service had difficulty processing the return since the wrong size had been shipped to me in the first place.

Cheap fabric

I absolutely love this brand, but this dress seemed cheaply made (it was super thin and sheer and the fabric was not good quality). It’s way too pricey for what you get. The sizing for this dress was consistent with the brand.
