Cons: runs very small and a bit long (below knee 5'4") Pro: nice material, vibrant color and sleeve detail very nice.

Size is not true.

The size is off. I wear size 16 and bought 16, it is very tight, it is more size12-14. I will return it. You need to order 2 sizes more than yours.
