Fit perfectly but the seam at the stomach bunched

The dress fit great true to size but the seam at the stomach bunched out and Isn’t flat like the pictures. It bothered me a lot. I couldn’t wear it unfortunately so I returned it. If the seam was flat I would have kept it since it fit perfectly.
