Needed a Larger Size

The dress is definitely beautiful, however, it runs small. I was not able to zip it up at all and ordered my standard size. Additionally, Macy's did not have an exchange option for this dress online, I used my coupon and was forced to do a complete return and repurchase at a higher price in a larger size. Ugh, that was very unusual and not my preferred way to shop. What reputable store is unable to do an even exchange?
