Very Flattering, Photographs Well!
I have never gotten more compliments on a dress before. I wore this to a black tie event and felt like a million bucks. Other women were coming up to me asking who I was wearing. It was extremely flattering and perfect for the winter gala. 10/10

Gorgeous and luxurious velvet emerald dress
True to size (reference: size 12, 165 lbs, 5'9", 38-40B). Love the emerald green color and thick, soft velvet that is perfect for a fancy holiday event or a winter wedding. It is a fairly heavy weight. The rouching is very flattering and slimming for those that appreciate a bit of camouflage in the middle area and the side ruffle while quite large, also helps distract slightly. This style is especially stunning to accentuate natural curves. I appreciate there are no slits unlike other similar dresses because it won't be cold or revealing, but maintains ease to move in. The length skims the floor in flats and I need ~1.5 inch heel to keep the front off the ground. Two slight drawbacks: 1) The neckline does not seem to want to stay in place in the middle as the v-neck line overlaps with material. A larger cup size may help it stay in place a bit better. 2) Could easily lose the slight train in the back that skims the floor and is not necessary. I am tempted to have a seamstress cut it off because if you wear too high of a heel, your shoes show in the front and the dress still drags a bit in the back. I really wish this was styled so that it was all of the same length at the bottom since we will be taking pictures outside. Overall, I look forward to pairing this with gold (or black) low heels, simple gold rhinestone earrings, and gold rhinestone bobby pins.
Gorgeous dress!
This has "old Hollywood" glamour. The color is a deep green which in dim light might look black but shimmers beautifully in light. Comparing it to the photo on my Mac I'd say the color of the photo is accurate. The fabric is stretchy but in a stiff or strong way, It will fit if I lose or gain a few pounds. It looks gorgeous from the front view and is very flattering but cups my butt making it really stick out in the side or back view which I'd much rather it didn't. If you look at the back view of the photo you'll see. The zipper could be better. It took a lot of encouragement to get it to zip up. I hope it doesn't break. I'm around 5'5" or 5' 5 1/2" and will have to hem it an Inch. It doesn't hit the ground but it's too close and if I lost weight it would drag.
