Received damage chair

Damaged chair received and appears to be my issue to purchase a new one at a higher cost. They are not accepting responsibility for the damaged item received and now I’m the one having to sort out the return and purchase of a new one. It’s not a simple exchange, as it should be. This is 100% on the fault of the seller and quality control, lack of quality control, when packaged and shipped to me. Very upsetting to me.
