Received item broken

Absolutely horrible!! I received the chair and ottoman and the chair frame was broken. I called and was told it was a 3rd party vendor and would’ve to contact them. I did by email and we went back and forth for a couple days. I was told to submit pictures so I did. I received an email saying the pictures look fine and they don’t see an issue. I had to take more steps to get my refund. Please read the reviews before purchasing with Yaheetech
