Never arrived

They are sending review request for the item (3 LED Solar Gutter Light) that never arrived although it was showing it was delivered. I assume the courier might have delivered it to a wrong address. It was a third party seller so it took a while and couple of communication to get it refunded (extra work). I was looking forward in receiving it as it was saying it is waterproof but didn't re order because of all the hassle in case again the delivery would stumble! Also not so many photos are provided so I could not tell how the finish underneath is so that rain would not enter in them. So many Solar lights these days don't function after a short time after a rain.
