Good advice, but author's ego is too much

This book has some really solid advice, but it's hard to read. The author is out of control arrogant. Several times throughout the book he shares his story and then tells readers that he's also aware of his many faults. For example, he admits to having a horrible temper, not treating employees well, being demanding and egotistical with former employers, etc. But he chalks all that up to being a " lion" and blaming those around him for not knowing how to deal with lions. He says that as if that excuses his dangerous temper and being a jerk. Even he admits that a lot of his employees and business colleagues really don't  want to be around him. He also claims to have huge success with his insurance company but reading reviews on Glassdoor show a lot of unhappy people and a somewhat dysfunctional company.  This guy still has a lot to learn.
