I love this product
I first started by taking this in the AM, loved it but noticed by evening I maybe needed a little pick me up (Nothing major just something I noticed knowing MY body) I then switched and stated taking at PM... I have slept and relaxed SOO much better, even my spouse said "wow you were OUT last night. I ordered 2 boxes and will be ordering more. Flavor is a little stout but it is easy to make a smoothie or just quickly drink.

not for me...
I regret to say that this product did not meet my expectations. The quality seemed lacking, and the performance did not fulfill its promised capabilities. Moreover, after 2 packets, the taste made it where I was unwilling to give it a 3rd try - so maybe had i kept on the product would live up to its claims, but i just couldnt do it!. #disappointed #taste=GAG #productreview

Worked for me!
Youtheory sent me this product free to try and I'm so glad they did! I used it every day for a month and could tell the difference almost instantly. I will for sure be using ashwagandha in the future! I loved the taste and the ease of the packets, what a wonderful product. Good Taste
I was little worried about these considering all the Vitamin and superfood ingredients. But these were great! Little pep of energy boost but with a calming feel to it!

Feeling good
I started to feel a difference after taking the ashwaganda liquid around the 20 day mark of the 30 day trail. I Am normally very anxious and I started to be more calm. This helped me to relax and enjoy myself in everyday activities more. If I wasn't looking for results I may not have noticed since it was pleasantly subtle. I think I would have one day realized I was not as much a ball of anxiety! I was not a fan of the liquid alone and I could not take it without putting it in my smoothie, but it was a perfect addition to my drink each day!

A Must Have
This has saved me ! I was suffering from anxiety attacks and didnt want to go on any medications. I wanted to go the different route and this came right in handy , it's tasty & works great ! I started to see a difference really fast.
