I've just started taking this past 30 days

I've been taking the product now everyday six tablets a day then really hadn't taken enough for it to get into my system sorry about the product again just to see what it's going to do if it's not working then I'll leave you negative message but right now can't be determined

Quality

The pills are a bit larger than other I have taken but ok to swallow. I haven't really noticed any significant changes as of yet but there is still time. There doesn't seem to be any adverse reactions to taking them so hopefully I see a difference in the near future.

Seems to be working

This is the first collagen supplement i've taken but i do feel better. My joints are experiencing less pain. I read that taking this supplement with Vitamin C and/or Biotin will help so I've been taking Vitamin C with it. It must be working since my hair and nails are growing faster. It's worth a shot to see if it helps you.
