Not lasting Fragrance

I know I brought the refill on April but there a lot of problems with the refill 1.- is IMPOSSIBLE to refill the fragrance on the original bottle y tried different options nothing works. watch videos how to transfer the fragrance to the bottle and still nothing works 2.- the Fragrance not lasting at all 😔😔 But I don’t know if is something what I can do because is disappointing buy something and not working at all

Lovely

Delight floral that lingers with orange blossom and lavender combo. Lingering vanilla is superb. Bought for spring /summer but will be wearing all year long. I’m in love with the scent.
