Poor shopping experience

First of, the gift set that was supposed to come with the order was out of stock, I called customer service for other options and the rep said the gift set is now in stock and I’m going to ship it to you wait for email condemnation, that never happened. Order arrived but gift set didn’t. Rep lied?! How immature. I’m going to return the order
