I felt this was either an old or expired product. The formula was dry out of the tube. Once applied to my eyes the product felt heavy and dry.

Not worth the money

Not as advertised. It didn't provide as much volume and length as i am used to. I purchased this mascara based on the no smudge advertising and was terribly disappointed. Had racoon eyes within the hour. Will be attempting to return it.
