DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MACY'S

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MACY'S!!! Made this order on Dec 2 23 and I never received my package. Contacted the carrier (USPS) for several times, and I was informed that the package was dropped off at the mailbox (according to Macy's it's too large to fit in the mailbox), so either it was stolen, or dropped off at an incorrect address. Contacted Macy's customer service for more than 8x, and they're not going to either reship, or refund my money. Every single time that I contacted them, they informed me that they're going to send the request for a 2nd review which takes about 24-48 hours. Which that never happened!! They have the worst customer service representatives with the worst attitude. Spend your hard earned money at a different department store!!!!
